Rezept für 2 - Dozen

Zutaten

8 Gramm Cream cheese, softened
4 Gramm Shredded sharp chedd.cheese
4 Gramm Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 Scheibe Bacon, cooked and crumbled
0.25 Teelöffel Salt
0.25 Teelöffel Chili powder
0.25 Teelöffel Garlic powder
1 Kilo Fresh jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeded*
0.5 Tasse (250ml) Dry bread crumbs
  Sour cream, onion dip or ranch salad dressing

Zubereitung:

In a mixing bowl, combine the cheeses, bacon and seasonings; mix well.
Spoon about 2 tablespoonfuls into each pepper half. Roll in bread
crumbs.

Place in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake,
uncovered, at 300 degrees F. for
20 minutes for spicy flavor
30 minutes for medium
40 minutes for mild.

Serve with sour cream or dips.

*Editor's note: When cutting or seeding hot peppers, use rubber or
plastic gloves to protect your hands. Avoid touching your face!
