1 mittel Green pepper, chopped
1 mittel Onion, chopped
3 Centiliter Garlic, minced
1 Esslöffel Cooking oil
2 Dose Mexican stewed tomatös, undr
1 Dose Kidney beans, rinsed drained
1 Dose Pinto beans, rinsed drained
1 Dose Whole kernel corn, drained
2.5 Tasse (250ml) Water
1 Tasse (250ml) Uncooked long grained rice
1 Esslöffel To 2 Tb Chili powder
1.5 Teelöffel Ground cumin

Instructions:

In a Dutch oven, saute green pepper, onion and garlic in oil until tender.
Stir in all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and
simmer for 25-30 minutes or until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally. If
thinner chili is desired, add additional water. Serves 11.
